Rigorous Quality Control (QC): Every batch of radiolabeled product undergoes a strict release protocol before administration.
2. SPECT/CT Imaging and Analysis
Our imaging facility is equipped to acquire and analyze quantitative data on radiopharmaceutical distribution.
- Imaging System: SPECT/CT system, configured with high-energy collimators for optimal resolution.
- Study Design: Longitudinal imaging at multiple time points is conducted to characterize the pharmacokinetics and retention of the compound in target tissues and clearance organs.
- Data Processing: Image reconstruction is performed with corrections for attenuation and scatter. This allows for accurate quantification of radioactivity concentration within defined regions of interest (ROIs).
