BackgroundRenal fibrosis is the outcome of almost all progressive chronic kidney diseases. The fibrogenesis in kidney is a dynamic and converging process that consists of four overlapping phases: priming, activation, execution, and progression.

Model: Ureteral obstruction induced renal fibrosis.

Clinical endpoint: Renal function, glomerular filtration rate (GFR), IHC, histopathology…
