Autoimmune Myositis/Myasthenia gravis

Background:Experimental autoimmune myositis (EAM) is an animal model for human idiopathic inflammatory myopathies and has served for the elucidation of the pathomechanism of the disease and the development of immunotherapy.

Model: monkey MYBPC2 induced EAM; Synthetic AChR peptide/anti-AChR mAb induced MG

 Standard study duration: 8-10 weeks

Clinical endpoint: Muscle function scoring, behavioral analysis, thyroid function, MRI, CRP/CK, EMG, ECG

Features: Human similar manifestation, human biomarkers, clinical proved disease induction method

Status: Open for Co-development
