T Cell Dependent Antibody Response
Background: The TDAR assay is a measure of the immune function that is dependent upon the effectiveness of multiple immune processes from antigen uptake and presentation, T cell help, and B cell activation, to the antibody production.
Model: Keyhole limpet haemocyanin (KLH) induced TDAR
Standard study duration: 10 weeks.
Clinical endpoint: Skin induration, Biopsy, IHC, IgG…
Features: Repeated tests, self-control, non-terminal, safety assessment…
Status: Open for Co-development
